    I love this statement and can really relate to it. When I found my way back to health, I was at first really rigid. (And it was probably necessary at the time as I had to reteach myself a lot!) But I soon learned that I had to relax a bit in order to make things work in the long run.

    I love all your tips. If you take the time to enjoy your company and the food, are present while you eat, and slow down, you usually don’t overeat. Plus, it’s okay to give yourself permission to indulge a bit once in a while… :)

  3. I have to echo Andrea’s thoughts- I was also very rigid when rediscovering healthy/lean eating and now I’m starting to loosen up a bit. Great tips and thanks for the reminders!
